Even though my Phoebe ended up passing away, they truly did everything they could and were absolutely amazing. They took such great care of her and loved her like she was one of their own. We came in for an emergency visit, and they saw her immediately. If you have any exotic fur babies, I highly recommend them. The staff is incredible—so kind, compassionate, and supportive during such a heartbreaking time. They even cut me a piece of Phoebe’s hair to keep and made a clay footprint, which means more to me than I can put into words.

We brought in our 14-year-old gecko, Megan, to be humanely euthanized. Unfortunately, she deteriorated quickly, and we felt it was time to help her find peace. Before coming to Wasatch, we consulted another vet in our area who suggested we could just let her die on her own, although he offered to euthanize her if we preferred. We were very upset by his callous approach, so we reached out to Wasatch. From our very first phone call, the kindness they showed us was greatly appreciated. Dr. Kline was truly compassionate and kind. When we picked Megan up the following day to bring her home, we were touched to find her in a lovely box with a fleece blanket, her name, and hearts on the box. This thoughtful gesture meant the world to us. We loved Megan dearly and wanted her to be at peace and we

We had to say goodbye to our beloved Fredrick, and the care and compassion shown by this veterinary team was extraordinary. They were gentle with him, helped him pass peacefully, and even made handprints and sent a card afterward. The little box I was able to bury him just melted my heart ♥️ Their kindness will never be forgotten.

Ashlyn and Dr.Kline were so kind and super helpful today. I had to take in a baby bird because it was having a hard time breathing previous night . I wasn’t sure if I had done something wrong. Right when I got there I let them know Lemon needed to be in an incubator since he’s a 3 week old bird and they did that right away. Within the first few minutes they called me saying he wasn’t doing so well but they didn’t stop trying to get lemon to do better. They called me again after he was stabilized and kept me updated throughout the day and provide so much useful information. I felt heard and I knew Lemon was getting the best care. They gave lemon the needed care and I was able to bring him(or her ) back home same day and with their help and support I’m sure lemon will continue to strive.

We've taken our turtles here for years, along with our cat before they transitioned to exotics-only, and we have always had stellar, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate care by everyone there. We've primarily seen Dr. Harris and Dr. Schuler, who are both amazing. Recently, one of our toads, whom my daughter had raised from a tadpole, had strange lesions appear and we took him in for a diagnosis. Dr. Schuler went above and beyond to research what the issue could be, helped us determine the most effective use of our limited funds, and took incredibly thorough care of him. He ended up needing a biopsy to determine the source of the lesions, and we were very impressed at the care taken with the biopsy itself and training us on how to do aftercare so his healing would be smooth.
