They are very great and friendly. My dog Dexter loves going there. It is haircut and his nails done and he always looks beautiful when he's done. Staff is very friendly and nice and very knowledgeable

My husband and I came in to self wash our puppy, and the staff was absolutely wonderful! They were very welcoming and very helpful. I really appreciate good customer service because it’s not as common anymore. I live quite far from this place and I will drive back for them. Thank you for your wonderful service!

I recently took my big dog, Rocky, who weighs 120 lbs, to Pup Tub, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Rocky had torn his ACL, and I was quite nervous about how he'd handle the grooming session given his injury. Maddy, the head groomer, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly gentle and attentive to Rocky's needs, especially around his hurt knee. Her kindness and patience made the whole experience stress-free for both Rocky and me. Maddy made sure to handle him with care, ensuring he was comfortable throughout the entire process. Rocky can be a handful due to his size, but Maddy managed him with ease, providing a thorough wash that left him looking great and feeling happy. We've going there ever since!
