To be candid, I wasn't born a dog person. I ended up with a couple dogs, however, think kids. I was over my head, yep, I have to say I was out of my depth in handing dogs. Here's the bottom line, go to Willow Creek, get yourself some training, it's worth the money, they'll get your head right and talk us if the cliff of "I gotta re-home this pooch". As for candid helpful trainers that will guide you to a positive experience with your vaccine kids, ask for Kris, Kirsten, Lori, Candie or Harley. Listen, learn and do as they guide you, you'll love your new pooch. These trainers won't bail on you when you struggle, they are with you and you need that. I needed it, and I'm loving it.

We have been customers of Willow Creek Pet Center for over 30 years, which says a lot about how much we value their care. But this week, we experienced an entirely new level of customer service that truly stood out. We are traveling with our dog to California and needed assistance with a prescription. From the person who answered my initial call to the technician who helped coordinate getting the prescription sent to a facility in California, every interaction was handled with exceptional empathy and compassion. The care and attention we received made a potentially stressful situation so much easier, and it reminded me exactly why we've trusted Willow Creek Pet Center for decades.

Glad they could barely help out our cat. Charged us over $200 for the world's shortest visit. My cat is now losing his sight due to the negligence of the dr. We were immediately judged because of the way we were dressed and because of the limited amount of knowledge we had on animal laws. Avoid this clinic and the rude people who work here at all costs. If you love your animals and want them cared for, VCA is not the way to go.

The place looks nice, the staff talk a good game, but the service is lacking. I took my baby in to be spayed here because the price seemed reasonable and the reception area seemed very nice and modern. Like a hospital. I was assured when I picked her up that evening that I could call anytime day or night and someone would be there. When I got her home I saw that the wound had completely opened up. Not bleeding but still a big open wound. I called but got a receptionist who told me no one was there, she couldn't do anything, and to call back in the morning. I taped up the wound and watched all night. The next morning I went to see my vet at mountain west exotics, who saw me immediately, and stitched her up properly. A reasonable vet bill turned out to put my pet at risk, caused me a sleepl

Love coming here. Much more expensive than other vets - but Dr. Barney is kind, and takes the time to make sure you understand everything and he is so good with my dog. Worth the money and the drive to feel confident with the care I’m receiving for my dog.
