Dr Henry can be professional and helpful but she can also be judgemental and incredibly unkind and unprofessional in traumatic situations. A few years ago I had a nightmare of a situation. I had rescued a Great Dane that had quickly started displaying concerning behavior. I called to get him seen to rule out medical conditions causing issues. Before we could get seen the dog attacked my service dog. My service dog was well trained but was also an APBT. I ended up having to rehome the Great Dane before we could be seen. My service dog seemed to have made a miracle recovery. I didn't know he had developed a TBI. By the time I realized something neurological was going on I was in a whirlwind of panic and shock. This is the worst vet I've ever tried to deal with. First, they screwed up scheduling my dog's appointment multiple times so we had to reschedule twice for a basic check-up and rabies shot. Then they gave my dog a 1-year rabies booster, which I didn't even know was a thing that existed, instead of the usual booster that's good for three years. When I looked at the rabies certificate, they also had the dog's breed AND the owner's name wrong on the certificate. Worst of all, when I tried to have them send my dog's medical records to my new vet, they refused because the names don't match since they put the wrong owner's name in their system! Luckily my new vet was understanding and went ahead and updated my dog's vaccines without the records, but this is the most ridiculous experience I've ev

Dr Henry and the staff are truly amazing Everyone there has so much knowledge and is super understanding and there always a phone call away no matter what the issue or question is. Would highly recommend. My dog and cats aren't fans of the vet but they are very relaxed when dr Henry comes in to greet them
