The Golden Rule Pet Grooming

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful Kim is. Not just as a groomer but as a person! I have a Bernese mtn dog who used to be so fearful to go to the groomer. We’ve had bad experiences. But then he had Kim for the first time and he wasn’t panting when he came home, he was happy! His coat also looked the best it had ever looked after a grooming! So it was a no brainer that we had to continue with her! She’s amazing! I can’t recommend her enough!!!

Kim is absolutely amazing. We took both our dogs to her. The nail trim is always an issue with our 1 dog, but he loved her and had no issues. The nails are so smooth and can't feel them at all when they jump up at you. Our cavapoo has been to several other grooms and always came back scalped. She did an amazing trim on him and would recommend her for any dog grooming needs. 100% the best around the central PA area.

Absolutely loved Kim! Everything was clean and my boy seemed to enjoy her as well! He gets scared easily and when I’d pick him up from other groomers he often looked upset and all shaken up. When I picked him up from The Golden Rule he was one happy and handsome pup! Highly recommend!

Kim is the absolute best groomer we have ever gone to. She greets our wild and excited doodles at the door- They are very chill most of the time, except when they go “for a ride,” and then they are VERY excited. No worries for Kim. No only does this not scare her, she quickly gets control and waves me away. In short order she texts to say they are ready. They look and smell amazing and always have a seasonal bow or tie on their collar. Today, they even had a pup cup! Highly recommend

Our 7 year old Basset Hound's first trip to a groomer was magnificent! Kim was kind, thorough, and professional. Aubrey is a bit timid of new experiences but, thanks to Kim, she came through with flying "colors". Her white is white again! My wife even noticed freckles on her paws we had not seen before. Highly, highly recommended!
