Carlisle Small Animal Veterinary Clinic

My cat lost her mind in the car and weaseled her way out of her soft carrier! I couldn't find her and went into the clinic to tell them we'd have to reschedule. Instead of brushing me off, the team went into motion and would not give up until my cat was found. It took about a half hour and 3 people (not to mention the other folk who were waiting for us that were patient and altered their schedules to make it all work), I never sensed panic or frustration on their part...just patience and care for my sweetie. Thanks to everyone, especially John who found Cinder and then kept her calm throughout the exam. True hero of the day.

Best Animal Clinic I have been to. All my pets love it there. The Vets are awesome and very friendly. They are patient with the pets and us. They answer every question and never rush you. They answer as many questions as you may have. I recommend 100%.

Dr. Shamitko has been taking care of our furbabies. This morning, our Harley crossed over the Rainbow Bridge to a better place with Dr. Shamitko's compassionate, comforting and caring help. She made him and us so comfortable. We love you Dr. Shamitko.

We have been taking all of our fur babies to CSAVC since 1997, I would not take them any where else. The staff love and care for them just like they were their own fur babies. With superior customer service in every interaction with a smile.

Everyone in the building is so friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. Feel very fortunate that they accepted my two four-legged children as new clients for all of their health care needs. Thank you so much!
