Virginia Beach SPCA Shelter

Brought my sweet boy in last month to get neutered and everybody took SUCH amazing care of him, and me ! I felt so much more at ease on such a tough day. Taking him back tomorrow for his boosters and already know it will be easier then the last time, since they sent us home with nausea pills to take before the car ride ! Can not say enough great thing about this wonderful clinic and shelter !

I took my cat to a vaccine clinic for the first time, and I was very happy and impressed with the service provided. She received her necessary vaccinations as well as a general health check up, all in a timely manner. The services were provided for half the price other clinics quoted as well. The entire staff was polite, friendly, and professional even when the facility became crowded with clients waiting to be seen. I highly recommend this facility for friendly and caring services.

I got my gsp neutered. The staff was very busy but they still took the time to be extremely friendly explain everything. They took very good care of my boy. It was very effortless. I even had to call because I miss dosed my pet. I called left a message. They responded right away. I have been recommending them to the people that I know. Thank you again my boy means everything. Such a stressful time and you all made it very easy.

Just dropped by here to donate unused wet dog food that I ordered for my yorkie baby who was put down 2 weeks ago. There was staff sitting a few steps from the entrance, quickly asked if I was there to donate after having seen what I was carrying. She nicely asked me to put on the floor next to the other donations of blankets, beds, etc. she noticed I was tearing up so she quietly asked if I’d come back some other time to take a look at the animals. I just nodded and left and she said sorry. Just very polite and compassionate.

Got to vaccine clinic early and waited for the check in. I received a call a few minutes later with questions and next received a text with my spot in line. Once they came and got my dog they brought him back until the test came through. Then they took him back for vaccine. The staff were all kind and helpful.
