VIP Petcare was absolutely wonderful in taking care of our dog. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely caring from the moment we walked in. They explained everything clearly, handled our pup so gently, and made the entire experience feel calm and reassuring. We left feeling confident that our dog was in great hands and truly cared for.

Getting my dogs rabies vaccination was very easy and friendly staff made it even easier. I would have been much happier if I were able to get a rabies tag but I am satisfied nonetheless also happy with the price

Incompetent staff and a colossal waste of time. Pre-registered online THURSDAY and waited in my car for an hour like the instructions said that I received that morning. When I hadn’t heard anything from them I went up to them and they said that they didn’t follow the preregistration system. They did not apologize to me and just put me in the back of the line so I ended up waiting almost an hour and the half. Other people in line also had the same experience and could not fathom why we were all in line with everyone else. I was mad to be giving them my money and thought the staff handled the situation extremely poorly. Will not be returning.

I did not like that looked to me a student or 1st time assist was trying to draw blood from my dog. She couldn’t locate the vain kept trying while the other ppl just looked on line it was normal. Then the actual vet took the blood sample. While it might seem normal to the vets it nerve reckons to us customer.
