The most considerate, thoughtful, gentle, generous guy owns it. My dog was instantly comfortable. Me too. Great products, very clean neat store. I loved brother. We got a bed, a bowl, CBD, and lots of treats including cheeze treats my Ginger loves!

Long overdue review but this is bar none one of the best pet stores in SF. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly, they are stocked with every conceivable brand from treats to toppers to kibble, and I’ve discovered many new things that my pup enjoys through their generous complimentary samples. My dog Cody would beeline to their door and refuse to leave even if they are closed for the day. Go support this wonderful neighborhood gem!

It was such a wonderful shop with a cute guard dog and a kind owner. I received many souvenirs, but since bringing meat products back to Japan is strictly prohibited, I had to politely decline them—still, I was very happy. If I have the chance, I would love to visit again. Among all the pet shops I visited in San Francisco this time, this was the best one.

Great customer service! My cats favorite toy was lost during a renovation and I was having a hard time finding the same one. Ended up shipping this 1 small toy from here to NJ, they were so sweet and threw in some great freebies!
