I've been a loyal customer of Joanne for three years. My dog looks noticeably neater and cleaner after an appointment. I know that Joanne regularly attends grooming conferences all the way to Korea to further harness her skills and keep updated in the industry even though she is already one of the most experienced groomer in the Bay Area. She also gives best advices/recommendations for taking care of my dog. As an example, she noticed that Eevee started having allergic reactions before I did and I was able to quickly take an action thanks to her. Eevee completely trusts her and adores her. I 100% recommend!

Top Dog is hands down the best dog grooming spot in Inner Richmond! You won't find a better combination of excellent service, reasonable prices, and a warm, inviting ambiance anywhere else.

JoAnne is really great. I'm not the best at maintaining my Maltese and she does an amazing job at getting her back in shape. She also taught me some great home grooming techniques. The prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

We love top dog!! Other groomers she always looks a little goofy right after a fresh cut but she looked amazing this time! They gave us the exact cut we asked for and she is SO SOFT. I love that you can make appointments online and they gave us a return time at drop off instead of having to wait for a call.
