Your place in line is based on when you register your appointment. It was quick and easy. Techs are very pleasant and knowledgeable about the services so you're not overpaying for individual prices when there is a package available. They didn't have my county's rabies tag available , however said it would be mailed in 2 weeks. I feel Daisy would have done better with just being petted and given attention for her shot rather than being held down. She stays calmer with attention and doesn't like being held down or even hugged.
I really like the vip Petcare the staff is very caring extremely helpful when they explain you're options for purchasing packages versus making individual purchases on shots an the cost & with today's price that's helpful especially if you're on a budget an have more than one pet they show they care about taking care of what you're needing for your furry companions and not just doing a bunch of unnecessary extra $$$.
