5 Star review! We have taken our cat Lola to Chessie Lane 2 times now and each time the experience has been great. We appreciate the fact that they care for animals 6 days a week which makes scheduling so much easier than other facilities. We found that the price of the visit, rabies shots and medications are very reasonable. The doctor and staff have been extremely kind, caring and knowledgeable. Thank you Chessie Lane for caring for Lola.

Staff was friendly. Separate waiting areas for dogs v. Cats. Prices reasonable. Doctor spends time explaining treatment. Vet tech follows up with medicine dosage and times, and asked if I needed help giving pills to kitten. Prompt with data entry regarding pet. No wait to check out. They take Care Credit. Big plus. Easy online appt scheduling where you get to choose time and date. Big plus. Got in within a week. I felt comfortable and appreciated; not just another patient. I'll be bringing all my kids here. Very happy.

It genuinely pains me to leave a low review, because I believe honesty is important and I don’t think this reflects poorly on the staff as people. Unfortunately, my experience with the appointment itself was disappointing. The vet was about 45 minutes late, not including the time I arrived early. During the visit, my puppy was given a vaccine without any explanation of what it was or why it was being administered (no information about side effects). As this is my first time personally going through the puppy stage, I was really hoping for more guidance or education, but there was very little information provided. I had also filled out the online questionnaire beforehand, but none of the information from it was discussed during the appointment. Additionally, I wasn’t asked if I had any ques

My family had to have our pet cat Thomas euthanized. He was very special to us and it was hard on my wife and I. Especially hard on our three boys. Kelly, Abby, Dr Dan and the ladies up front where so kind and compassionate. They made the whole process less stressful. We are Grateful for them and how they treated us! Thank you again for the Love and compassion you showed.

Dr. Amber and staff were amazing! It’s always clean in there and the prices are great. Wasn’t rushed out of there and made sure we had all our questions answered even though it was a same day appointment. Just a great place to take your fur babies!
