I cannot say enough amazing things about Felipe at VIP Pet Grooming. He groomed my 7-month-old Golden Retriever, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. This was my puppy’s very first grooming appointment, and Felipe went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, calm, and cared for every step of the way. He explained that he intentionally went slow because my puppy was nervous, and he didn’t want his first experience to be a bad one. That level of patience and compassion meant so much to me. The price I paid was honestly amazing for the quality of service we received. When I picked my dog up I was blown away. He had a complete glow up! Wow! Felipe at VIP Pet Grooming is the real deal! I brought my Chester in for his first professional groom EVER and I felt right away that my dog was in good hands.
