This review is after my first time using Village Way's boarding and bath services. The staff was very accommodating and it was evident each one of them genuinely loved animals. Upon arrival SoJo T was immediately comfortable with the staff and upon pick up she was relaxed and happy. I was able to bring favorite toys and the staff texted adorable photos during the stay. SoJo also enjoyed her spa day and came home squeaky clean, well brushed and fragrant. We look forward to our next visit- and may have to check out the daycare services.

Our dog Jake has been going to Village Way Kennels for more than 10 years. I've been working from home for a long time so being able to take him there several times a week -- knowing he's eager to go and has a great time -- is a huge help. Abby, Debbie, Jessica -- *everyone* there is so good to him. He gets outside play time and when he's inside, he's with the friends he's made there, like Sadee Pickles (his snuggle buddy), Dawson, and Lana. [There are 2 entries for Village Way Kennels (one with spaces in the name and one without) so I'm copying here the review I posted on the other one. I want to make sure it gets seen!]

Best boarding facility there is! I drive over an hour from Charlotte just to board here. My Great Dane is extremely reactive and not friendly, but he absolutely loves the ladies at Village Way and gets excited to board! I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with my dogs. I always receive photos of my dogs having a blast!

The BEST location for doggie day care and boarding. We use both services quite often and the staff are absolutely amazing. They take of our dog as if he is one of their own. Prices are very reasonable and the care they provide is priceless. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Village Way Kennels for being here for us.

Exceptional staff and service is ALWAYS provided to my our two fur babies. Once is an elderly boxer mix and he is always so happy when we pull in the parking lot for drop off! He is well cared for. Our pups and their humans, especially appreciate the fact that there is room for them to stay together while their humans are on vacation! I cannot thank the staff enough for the love and care they provide to ALL animals!
