The Kinder Cut

Our rescue pup had a lot of anxiety. Many groomers wouldn’t accept him because he would cry, bark, and occasionally nip. He was named Mac the Short and Terrible for a reason. At Kinder cuts they were patient and calm. The first few times it took longer because they would give him breaks when he was getting overwhelmed. But he has grown to love going to see them at Kinder Cuts. Now he gets so excited about going, and no more nipping. And he always comes back looking great.

Camille has groomed our poodle several times now. He has looked amazing every time. Even more important is that she has 28 years of experience. She works especially well with dogs that have anxiety or other behavioral issues. My poodle is 27 months old and has been training to be a service dog since 3 months of age. His first groomer was with our veterinary practice but she moved up north after only 2 grooms. We found another groomer in Clemmons and thought that it was a good place. The groomer helped me with finding the correct brushes and combs for my poodle. I was very impressed by that. However, they don't cage the dogs there and after a few grooms, my puppy suffered a traumatic experience. I was told not to bring him back there. We've been asked "not to return" by four groomers. Our Shih Tzu is a challenge. Hates the dryer, hates having his feet trimmed, and don't even go near his face. Camille works wonders! No drugs. No muzzles. Her 30+ years' experience proves "every dog CAN be groomed" - you just need the right groomer. SHE is the right groomer!! She only asks that she be allowed to groom difficult dogs often so she can transition them to a good experience. Can't believe I found her and am grateful that I did!

Did not appreciate being told that my golden retriever, which is kept indoors and is well cared for, is not eligible to be boarded as I do not have him regularly groomed.

First time taking my lab/boxer mix & gsd here and so so happy ! She was professional and also gave me feedback on my pups so their next booking would be better ! They look great. Thank you!
