Village West Veterinary

Just had our first vet visit here with our dogs, Oliver and Sadie! Everyone was so kind and gentle with our dogs, from Cece at the front desk, Chelimar as our technician, Jimmy as the groomer, and Dr. Konishi as our vet. They provided lots of treats with different options and made sure there were no allergies. They prioritized making our pets and us feel more comfortable and were upfront about costs. We are so happy to find a new vet we can trust our dogs with, and Oliver and Sadie look forward to many more fun trips! :)

Very great service! Staff was super friendly with my fur baby. They were very patient and loving towards her. I was in and out of the office in less than 40 minutes. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place with friendly staff. Reina was the best checking in and answering questions! We even got a nice little toy. ❤️

I've been coming here for 10 years with my pup; and they do a great job, timely results, and urgent appointment add ons. I was really bummed to learn that Dr Bruce Silverman is no longer there and that Village West has been owned by ThrivePet healthcare (private equity owned). I still have had great experiences with the techs, who genuinely seem to love animals. It's always a very stressful time for my pup and they try to put him at ease. Most recently, they did a price match for a joint supplement for me, which I feel like most places wouldn't do. Thank you!!

It was emergency for me and Unique (my tea cup size puppy) to visit Village West Veterinary. We were met with kindness and I was impressed by attention and professionalism of Dr. Lukas Aylesworth, who helped a lot to decide our problem. I’m thankful to the people, who love pets and devote themselves to save health and life of our beloved pets!

Had a wonderful experience at Village West! I brought my newly adopted dog in to have a bump checked, and Dr. Lukas was incredibly kind and gentle with her. He did a great job explaining the prognosis, never rushed the appointment, and took extra time to answer other general questions I had. After the visit, Village West sent a detailed follow-up email recapping everything we discussed and outlining next steps. The entire experience felt much more personal and calming for both me and my dog compared to my previous vet. You can truly tell that Dr. Lukas cares deeply about the animals he treats. This will definitely be my go-to vet moving forward.
