Village Veterinary

The folks at Village Veterinary are excellent! Everyone is friendly and helpful toward people and their beloved pets. My dog, who is anxious in veterinarian settings, can tell these people are his friends and are gently trying to help, which keeps his nerves at bay. Everyone there obviously has a love for and compassion toward animals which shines through and makes the environment pleasant and caring rather than business like. No one there is pushy if you choose to hold off on a routine test or check up until it better fits your schedule or budget, and they have always been happy to answer questions or give input as to what medical care is reasonably needed and how often. Village Veterinary sends out friendly reminders for what your pet is due for, and also makes courtesy calls to confirm

We reached out to Village Veterinary for a second opinion before making a big surgical decision for our cat. They were so wonderful that we switched vets. Every member of the staff genuinely cares about pet parents and their pets. Their compassion and empathy made it easier to navigate our cat’s cancer diagnosis. They were excellent at communicating and went out of their way to ensure our experience was as easy as possible. They were patient with us and answered all of our questions. Our cat’s symptoms changed rapidly at times and they were always good about getting us in that day for an appointment.

I switched to this village vet from another nearby pet clinic. Village vet went far above and beyond my expectations or should I say what I was accustomed to from the OTHER clinic. This clinic showed true concern for my 8 week old doodle, spent time with us, gave excellent information, responded thoroughly to our questions and was 100% engaged. This is a clear cut above the other clinic and I speak from years of experience. Please go to this clinic, you will have no regrets.

Most experience the fantastic care at Village Vet when it comes to routine treatment. What you may not know, or ever really want to experience, is when there's a bigger health concern for your pet. Thankfully, they exceeded my expectations and I would not trust anyone else other than Dr. Amanda and her team. The time taken to answer questions is truly amazing. The amount of care and the genuine concern for your pet is incredible. The treatment, guidance along with providing a detailed plan eases your mind and helps keep you calm. From the moment we brought Rocky in as a puppy 11 years ago, we’ve felt nothing but the highest level of care and compassion. Whether it was routine checkups or more difficult times, Dr. Matthews and the team were always there for us, treating Rocky like family. When the time came to say goodbye, they went above and beyond to ensure Rocky’s final moments were peaceful and dignified.
