I felt that Ms. Megan was a great help in getting me registered to be seen by the Doctor. She had a sweet thoughtful attitude in greeting, helping people even if they were very busy. They should make her manager of the office, maybe some could learn from her a few sweet lessons. Over all, from 1 to 10... I would give the office a 7 and Magan a 10. Sorry that's how I feel.

Our cat had surgery done here and we’re so glad it was with them. Everything we were charged for was fully explained and they treated our kitty with care and love. Felt safe leaving him there for surgery and everything went great. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a safe place for your pet.

I was quoted $285 for a cat neuter plus a $10 first-time exam fee over the phone. When I arrived in person, I was told that pre-anesthetic bloodwork was required and was charged an additional $240, which had not been disclosed during the phone quote. While I understand the value of bloodwork, this clinic’s policy of requiring it prior to anesthesia should be clearly explained upfront when providing pricing. Being informed only once I was already there left me feeling misled. After comparing prices with other clinics and low-cost programs in the area, the total cost here was significantly higher than comparable neuter services, especially for a healthy, indoor-only cat. Clearer communication and more transparent pricing would help pet owners make informed decisions.

Not impressed with this office, did not look clean, the Vet Techs & Dr need some customer service skills, definitely tried to upsell services, I kindly refused. They demand payment before the services were rendered which I thought was very odd. However, Office girls are FANTASTIC. Won't go back.

MONEY HUNGRY!!! BEWARE!!!. looks like I'm not the only one that got ripped off. I've been here more than once and every time they order a litany of tests and procedures That are not necessary. I saw one review that they forced a person to order blood work for a neuter. I've never heard of that but here you go, a nice fat bill. I wonder if this place is a private equity vet clinic beholden to shareholders. If you want to get your pet spayed or neutered, there are better options like Mary S Roberts down the road. Yep, if you go here, sorry. Don't say i didn't warn you! Community of Riverside beware! And shame on this clinic for ripping off people in their time of need. I hope God takes care of you!
