Abbey Carpet & Floor

After much research and calling various places, our family settled on Abbey Carpet & Floor. We were all nervous about which kind of carpet to choose. Jim made it easier by having us visit his showroom. He uses premium padding under the plush carpet. Wow! We have some very picky family members, but all of us absolutely love the carpet. It feels wonderful, soft, and bouncy under our feet. So happy we chose carpet over hard flooring. Positively heavenly. Such a luxurious feel to it. We are all very happy!

The owners Dennis and Jim Reeves, are very helpful and knowledgeable in floor sells. They’ve helped choose flooring on numerous occasions and we’re top notch when installing it my home.

Just got our flooring done in two of our rooms and they did an incredible job helping us pick the right flooring and installing with close attention to detail. Would definitely come back for more projects in the future!

This is the third time we’ve used Abbey Carpet & Floor in Riverside, and overall, we’re really happy with their work. Jim and Dennis were great to work with — super knowledgeable and helpful while we were picking out our LVP flooring. The installation team, Ron and his crew, were absolutely wonderful too. Our floors needed quite a bit of leveling, so it was a big job — and they handled it beautifully. They were professional, detail-oriented, and the finished floor looks fantastic. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, considering how much we spent, I felt like they could have gone just a little further with customer service. Outstanding service. Dennis and Jim were able to order the carpet we wanted and install it in 2 of our bedrooms the day we were moving into our new house. All at a moments notice. We called so many places no one could do it, but they made it happen and the job was excellent!!
