Everyone from Vera at the front desk to Dr. Sirrine & vet tech, Meghan, were caring, compassionate & truly cared about helping Rocco. We’re not experienced with visiting the vet’s office but it looked like everything ran smoothly. We were informed of the treatment plan & how long each procedure would take. It was a very good experience. I think Meghan fell in love with Rocco. Rocco thanks you & so do we..💙

Got us right in for a puppy that was having a reaction. Very fairly priced and watched him to make sure meds worked. Great staff, very helpful and caring but also right to the point. Would definitely recommend to someone in need, especially after hours care.

The staff at VetMed in Bay City are extremely caring and helpful. They take the time to make sure that you understand what they are going to do and answer any questions I have. You can tell that they love animals and give my pets extra loving when they are seen.

VetMed truly saved my dog's life. Last month, my 15-year-old puppy developed an intestinal blockage after indulging in some forbidden cosmic brownies (cat poop and crystal litter). She was critically ill and we were terrified we might lose her. The VetMed team acted quickly, performed surgery, and sent us home with a plethora of medications and prescription food to help her recover. They even called us to follow up and see how she was doing the next day. Within just a few days, she was back to her spunky, energetic self. You would never guess she had been on death's door or that she is 15 years old! We are beyond grateful to everyone at VetMed for saving our Mandy!!

My cat was seriously ill (on a Saturday of course) I called VetMED and they got us in later the same day. From reception to Vet Tech to Veterinarian, everyone was kind, professional and made us feel like Lila was their top priority. Her diagnosis was heartbreaking, and the compassion and follow up care was phenomenal. So much so that I made a new patient exam for our seconds cat and have decided to make Vet MED our primary pet care provider.
