Bay Valley Animal Hospital

Vets can be stressful. I was recommended to Bay Valley from a friend. Staff is amazing. Always willing to help, accommodating, and kind. Lori at the front desk is an angel, really calmed my nerves (and my cat’s too!). She goes above and beyond without hesitation. All front desk staff really are great people. Sofie sees Dr. Haiderer. She has helped Sofie through a new onset of seizures. The medication management is challenging for newly diagnosed cats, and Dr. H has navigated us through it well. She’s always willing to set some time aside to answer a question or when I need advice or guidance. Bay Valley is a bit out of my way, but well worth the additional miles. It’s a great feeling when you find that right vet/dr/staff that are invested and deeply cares about the well being of your pet,

This is the first vet I’ve taken my girl panda to and I definitely chose the right one. They took great care of my panda girl and made sure I was informed on what was going on and what they were going to do and give her. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be sticking with them

A week and a half ago, I brought my dog, Harvey, into the office because of a mass in his neck. He was treated by Tina and Dr. Catlin, and they were both wonderful with him in their examination, and very thorough in getting the pertinent info to me. They did a wonderful job and Harvey and myself were very appreciative.

Dr. Hogan and staff went above and beyond for us when we took our boy Mac there. Spent all the time we needed and walked us through each step. We unfortunately were not able to bring our boy home with us, but the compassion and professionalism, and patience made us feel better knowing that the staff had Mac’s best interest at heart. I call around to get my puppy into a vet for his second round of shots and I could not find one until I found Bay Valley. They were super sweet and they absolutely love Diezel Their service is amazing And I was so nervous to bring him in for the first time, but they made me feel really comfortable,I’d definitely recommend them!
