Dr Lane and her staff are the best place I have ever gone and I have gone to many. They are quick to get back to you and have both an e-mail and portal which I sometimes have issues with it but that me. She is kind and very bright . I have taken my beloved chihuahua to her for immunizations and sick visits and she has been thorough and a great diagnostician

I cannot say enough positive things about Village Vets and the entire staff!! They have been great with communication and so compassionate with helping to care for my cat. HIGHLY recommend!

The staff is excellent. Dr. Tan is excellent. They are responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I would have given 5 stars but the cost of prescription medications is extremely high when compared to online pharmacies. Definitely visit this office for pet wellness but purchase prescriptions elsewhere. $75.99 for 10 Zeniquin 25 mg pills is cost prohibitive. At least for a senior citizen. So, if you purchase medications elsewhere, your pet will receive 5 star treatment.

We take all three of our cats here and are very happy with Dr. Lane and the staff. Our cats have various health issues and they've received a lot of support and excellent care here. Our daughter has also been taking her two cats here for years and she is the one who referred us here. We're so glad she did!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lane and her staff. We went to her for a second opinion and she squeezed our dog in the next day. She went above and beyond for our dog and we are forever grateful that we found her. We were shown a lot of kindness and compassion during a really hard time. Our dog ultimately passed away and Dr. Lane sent us a beautiful card in the mail that really touched us and meant so much. I would recommend her to anyone.
