I want to share a very emotional (and ultimately positive) experience with the Plymouth Meeting PetSmart team. Back in August, I was shopping for supplies when I saw a sign for an adorable guinea pig that read, “Ask a manager about me — my fee is waived!” I asked an associate for help and specifically confirmed the sex, as I already had a single female guinea pig at home. I was told the guinea pig was female, which made it a perfect fit. About three months later, I noticed my senior guinea pig’s belly was suddenly very large. A vet visit confirmed the unthinkable—she was pregnant. Because of her age, natural birth was extremely dangerous. After my last experience at my local PetSmart, I had no intentions to return for grooming. My sister recommended this one so I called to book. When I spoke to the person answering the phone about my experience at my groomer and the last PetSmart, as well as the cut I would like amd someone with experience with my dog type… she recommended Alexa. I had my appt today and I have to say that she was very attentive to what I had to tell her and my dog’s cut is perfect! She is turning 10 and this is the best cut she has ever had. She mentioned my dog gave her a hard time with her paws but she was able to get through it and she did it in a great amount of time. I’m so pleased!

Same zero service waiting 15 minutes for rep to buy tropical fish. They act like you're not there but I'm sure they see you on camera I should have tried to make it a self-serve and see what they did then but I chose to just leave instead. Lack of available staff?

Take better care of the betta fish. We are paying attention and will not come there to watch fish be mistreated. Do better.

This was my first time ever taking my dog to a groomer. We normally go to the vet for nail trims. He’s a pit-mix and really I only needed to get his nails cut but I thought let’s try the deluxe bath. Sunny did amazing!!! My dog is very anxious, anything new scares him. There was another girl in the grooming room who also helped and talked to my dog and encourage him to enter. I love how patient and kind everyone was! My whole experience was amazing and I’m definitely coming back! Thanks guys :)
