I thought that everyone at the clinic was very professional and very kind. I was impressed that staff read through my dogs's long medical history. And I appreciated how clear Dr. Weber’s diagnosis and explanation of it were. There is also clearly a commitment to being fear free, which is very important to me because I have such a nervous dog.

We are writing to express our profound disappointment and deep dissatisfaction with the recent, abrupt discontinuation of the Sports Medicine department at your facility. We recently invested over $10,000 into complex medical care for our Labrador Retriever through this specific department. Despite this significant financial and emotional commitment, we were notified of the closure via a cold, auto-generated email, with no prior warning, personal phone call, or text message. This represents a complete failure in professional communication and client relations, particularly for high-stakes, ongoing medical care. I highly recommend VSC Rehab to fellow pet owners! I brought my dog here after he became paralyzed in his rear legs and I was grateful for the careful attention and help this team offered us! Not only were we able to get great rehab for my dog during our appointments, but I was also able to tap into a wealth of knowledge from the staff who were very familiar with disabled dogs like mine. I learned so much and everyone was so kind to my dog and considerate of his needs.

The animals we've brought to VSCR have made great recoveries. The Vets and staff have been been very friendly and professional. The attending Vet was very through in their explanation of my pets injury and the treatment options.

Took my dog for her appointment this morning and the doors were closed and lights were off... Apparently I was rescheduled for mid-July (so much for trying to stay on a 3 week treatment course). Last email from VSC-R was confirming the appt, never had anything about any changes to the appt. They are going through a reorg, so I recommend you stay away until they sort out the wrinkles... unless you are ok with appointments that may or may not happen.
