Vienna Animal Hospital

We’ve been bringing our pets to Vienna Animal Hospital for a couple years. We always appreciate the vets - they really take the time to listen and address any of our pet concerns. They make us feel heard, and it’s reassuring to know that our pets are well cared for!

Dr. Shaw and team are fantastic. Our pup loves to go here! They genuinely care about the well being of your animals and go above and beyond to make sure they’re taken care of. Dr Shaw was so amazing with my nervous puppers - she was calm, gentle and knowledgeable - plus helped me understand some vaccines that my girl may benefit from. I'm so thankful that we are her patients!

The best vet in Virginia, hands down. I chose Dr. Eric Chafetz for his impressive background and experience, but I will keep going to him because of his first class knowledge and treatment. His explanations are always extremely detailed and helpful for understanding my three dogs’ conditions. He never rushes an appointment and takes the time and care we want as pet owners. I run a dog boarding business and tell all of my clients that if they want the BEST care, that they must go here. Costs are high, for sure, but you get what you pay for. When you take your pet here, you will get nothing short of world class treatment.

Dr. Chafetz has been treating our felines for decades. He has been terrific with everyone. He is careful and gentle and explains everything he sees going on--the good and the not-so good. He has also been gentle and feeling when one of our family has come to life's end. He and his practice is the best.
