They are great but make me waste time and money $800 for one day of visit. Telling that my cat was okay when obviously the cat wasn’t. Then next day i have to come back and pay another $2800. Why they don’t said that the day before so i can save doctor appointment payments and in pills that he is not going to used. Thanks!

I am Thankful I brought my cat to this facility and that I did get the results sooner then later,However They really could not help mittens unless I paid the expensive amount and due to that my daughter's Birthday was the next Day I was scared that it would leave that memory on her 16th birthday.I tried very hard calling places and my responses were they couldn't do it or they start in Aug or July I cried yes for Mittens but more for the thought of losing her especially on her special Day. My Daughter seen me crying she then came to comfort me instead of me comforting her I apologized to her and said I tried but no one is able to do it unless I pay 2 to 5000 I did not have those funds at that moment it broke my heart 💜 when I went back to my daughter's room and saw her crying on Mittens an

Super smart doctors that helped our cat a lot. Customer service/front desk weren’t very considerate but ultimately our cat got what he needed
