I always come here to grab my dog, some food and treats and toys. I definitely recommend they’re well stocked and the employees are pretty friendly. Also, they have great variety of brands in the store

This store location has the poorest customer service. As I was entering the store, no one greeted me, even though there were three customer service employees at the desk gossiping about who knows what. I walked right by them, and no one asked if they could help me. There were two gentlemen in the back staring at me like I was an alien. I could have sworn I was being followed. When I finally asked a question about an item that was not in stock, I was told it would be available soon. While checking out, I noticed the bags had a coupon on them. I was told that because the store had a 20% off sale going on, I wasn’t able to use that coupon. I then decided to price match, which they claim they honor, but I was told no again because of the 20% off sale. I said never mind since it was still chea
