My kitten fractured her leg this week. I have been teetering between anxiety, sadness, and complete ignorance as to what to do. From the very first moment I felt welcome and cared for at this practice! I knew my kitten was in good hands and that she will be healed in no time. The surgeon was extremely helpful and broke everything down for me to include: expectations, the procedure, aftercare. I know he and his team TRULY love and care for my kitten. She is at home recovering with me and I can’t thank you all enough. ✨ UPDATE ✨ She went for her bandage change and the doctors took SUCH GOOD CARE OF HER. They have empathy and compassion for her needs. They even put a little heart on her bandage and talked me through everything they did. I cannot thank you all enough!!!

The staff was fantastic and friendly. They answered all of my questions and addressed concerns I had with my 10 yr old dog needing surgery. I’m comfortable and confident it will go well and I highly recommend VSOAK!!

Life is full of surprises! When we saw Dr. Edwards for Sunny's TPLO surgery in January 2022, we were not expecting to be back six months later for TPLO surgery on Sunny's other stifle. Lorraine was able to fit us in within two weeks! The short wait after his injury has made the world of difference in Sunny's recovery. We can't recommend VSA enough. Dr. Edwards, Lorraine, Taylor, Christine, the entire staff are incredibly patient, compassionate, and excellent communicators. They all clearly know how much are fur children mean to us! Taking the time to personalize the bag that his meds came in was a thoughtful touch!

We were treated with great respect. They kept us informed let us know when Willow went in surgery and when she got out. They even gave us snacks, because we were for so long. I would recommend them to anyone who's pet needs special surgery .

I had an emergency with my dog and the clinic staff and doctors moved to heaven and earth to get us in and taken care of! My dog is home and on the mend. Thank you VSOA!
