He was kind and answered messages very quickly, he answered so many of my questions and was quick to come up with solutions so we could see his babies even when he wasn’t feeling well. I couldn’t be happier with the newest member of our family, she has obviously been handled often and well as she is calm, inquisitive, and very very gentle. This girl has let children (carefully and with adult supervision) hold her, she has explored and is active when held and has not shown an ounce of aggression or real fear. You can really tell that he takes care of his snake well.

Bought a ball python in fall 2024 for our young son and couldn't have been a better experience. Was given a tour and handled many snakes while educating us on what snake would be a good fit for us if we chose to buy, but never felt pressured to. Since buying, our ball python has been very healthy, and a great choice for our son. The owner of reptile barn also has been kind enough to answer our care questions since our purchase, highly recommend Reptile barn if you are looking for a snake or reptile.

Helped ship ball python and bearded dragon had the boxes already made walked us through the packaging and shipping lable process. Very knowledgeable about on reptiles. Animals arrived safely next day at their new home. Highly recommend if you are planning on moving out of state and need reptiles shipped.
