Veterinary Referral Center (VRC)

I cannot thank VRC enough for their quick and thorough response when our primary vet called concerned about a foreign body obstruction in 2 year old Odi. VRC was ready when we arrived (a mere 30 minutes after our vet called), triaged and went over potential outcomes. The doctor, nurses and front staff had excellent customer service and bedside manner. We are so thankful to say Odi was home the following evening and has been doing fantastic. Thank you so much again, VRC!

Our experience was amazing even after the most devastating news. The team was extremely compassionate and I would highly recommend this center. We were so satisfied with their professionalism, patience, and offering that we drove over an hour just to go back for follow ups. Our baby unfortunately has passed but the room they have to go through this experience was comfortable and had treats so you can give your baby yummies and they give you the time you need to grieve.

We could not be happier with the experience we had with this practice for an emergency with our 12 year-old pug. She suddenly was experiencing seizures and they got us in right away and assessed the issues and we received excellent medical care from the entire team. The front desk staff Was congenial and helpful and welcoming also. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

We had an amazing experience at VRC Emergency Vet when we had to bring in our sick puppy. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, compassionate, and professional. Since this wasn’t our regular vet, they took the time to thoroughly review our puppy’s history and ask thoughtful questions to make sure they had all the information they needed. Everything was clearly explained to us — from what they were seeing, to recommended tests and treatment options — which gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful situation.
