I can’t say enough about how well my cat, Sophie, was treated. She was very sick when we brought her in, and her emergency stay brought her back to health. She was there for 4 days, and couldn’t have gotten better care. Everyone was so kind from the minute we got there. A veterinarian called every day with an update. The cardiologist called to give us the final results of her tests. Everyone spent as much time with us as we needed, and was extremely kind. When she was being released, there were a lot of instructions, and someone spent an hour going over all the details with us. She even showed us how to order the supplements that Sophie was going to need. We would have been lost without that help. After she came home, I called with a question. My service dog experienced a medical emergency. An otherwise very healthy dog. I was referred to them for a MRI.. they immediately took him in.. was very informative about what they were doing, why, and its expected outcome. Needless to say, I was an absolute wreck..they were supportive and commutative about the whole process. He had to stay two nights and the staff couldn't have been better... I wish I could get the same attention in a hospital myself. You will always hear bad about a place... MY experience was fantastic. I would hesitate to take my service dog here again... he is not trusted to just any care...

My 1 & 1/2 yr old pittie pup Apollo accidentally swallowed a toy and it had to be surgically removed. His regular vet office was equipped to perform the surgery but were unable to provide the 24 hr aftercare that was needed for his well being. We were referred to Blue Pearl and I am beyond grateful! The facility is like a hospital for you and I. It was clean. The staff was friendly and compassionate. And the doctors were thorough and took the time to explain everything every step of the way. They were upfront with pricing slowing me to make informed decisions. This is the best place to take your pet for any type of emergency or specialty care! I have repeatedly trusted them with the lives of my pets. They literally have you in a room with a tech or a doctor within minutes of arrival if you have an emergency! Everyone there truly cares about your pets and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They kept me informed every step of the way. My dog arrived in critical condition and after three days in the ICU she went home so much better and is on the road to recovery!
