Malvern Grooms

Malvern Grooms was great! My dog is very scared of groomers and vets offices and they still handled his grooming great. He looks awesome and they accommodating everything he needed to make him feel welcome. And the price was very reasonable as well. I will absolutely be back in 8 weeks, its already on the books!

LOVE this place! My husband and I adopted a golden-doodle rescue that had spent the first 7 years of her life in a rabbit hutch. She'd never been cared for in any way and was being "retired" (which means left to die). She had never been petted or cleaned until getting to the foster family who first took her in from the mill via a rescue organization. Other than the couple of weeks with her fosters she knew nothing beyond her hutch. I don't remember how we found out about this, but the owner of Malvern Grooms has a reputation for working with broken dogs and our dog was definitely broken at the time. This was our first ever visit to a groomer, and we had an excellent experience! Clear directions for arrival, easy intake process, and they took great care of our Bear - she’s looking her best just in time for Valentine’s Day! Susan was very welcoming and patient with our pup, and she gave us great tips for care in between visits. Bear loved playing with the other dogs too…highly recommend!

Hi … long review but please read it to end…here to recommend Malvern Grooms for all your pets grooming needs, they are very professional, attentive, kind, and gentle . I have a one year old shih tzu that we use to groom at home, but one day he dashed out of our front door and was struck by a car! He had a long recovery. Due to his injuries, he had to be crated for 12 weeks, only out for potty, food, and minimal walking. He was in a lot of pain so with all he went through in the hospital stay, and the actual accident, he did not want to be handled and definitely NOT comb. He was VERY matted. My Scottie always looks great after grooming. His groomer always remembers him and does a great terrier cut. Everyone is so nice.
