I would give 0 if I could, I had a medical emergency where my cat was in a house fire. I rushed her to this vet because it was closest to me at the time. They took her back to give her oxygen than they brought her back and told me she has smoke inhalation and I would have to pay almost 1000 dollars to keep her on oxygen overnight. Due to me having a whole house fire I wasn’t able to afford that. I told them I wouldn’t be able to, and they said if I just monitor her she should be fine. After me leaving they call me again, so I answer. A lady proceeded to tell me if I don’t come back than I might as well KILL MY CAT! That im abusing her by taking her home and she’s just going to die. Like are you okay?? You guys just told me I can leave and she will be fine. I told the lady I couldn’t afford

They are awesome. Our little Gort kitten was almost dead the vet helped and assessed him and gave us perfect advice and he is still here doing better and better every day. He just started walking again today. Always a great experience here. Sincere and caring not just about making money at all. Thank you very much

Thank you to the Dr and staff for being so Good two hour Petey cat When he was injured. Unfortunately, our kitty didn't make it, but your kindness and understanding an empathy definitely helped our hearts. Highly recommend this veterinarian. The doctors, technicians and staff are all amazing. Adding a photo of PD when he was a little baby.

I stayed loyal to this vet for over 20 years. Even after they let my 7yr old bulldog suffer from anxiety and die from cardiac arrest waiting for her procedure. If you have a bulldog beware!! That should of been my last appointment. Recently traveled 40 minutes with my other dogs swollen infected ear to find out about the new online sign in policy, and turned away unapologetically I might add!! Not the time to find out a new policy, on a Friday, when I could have made other arrangements . Reading other reviews of others waiting hours. Poor service. Unfortunately the originally doctors have retired which were amazing. Now I would not recommend this doctor or staff!

Lots of people waiting this AM. U call and let them know u r there. Wait for a call back. My call back took about 45 minutes. They r social distancing in a way that is well thought out. U come in one door....go in waiting room w one other person, go to your own room and out another door when u r done. They even took my poor boy in to try to get his procedure squeezed in today or after hours.
