My dog tore her ear while I was out of town, and my dad was taking care of her. After being turned away by other clinics because she wasn’t technically “his” dog, we finally found this vet — and thank God we did. They didn’t hesitate to help, and they treated her like their own. Lindsay was phenomenal. She sat with my dog, gained her trust, and took her time before even starting. That kind of patience and compassion is rare. They got her ear stitched up perfectly and eased so much of our stress. I’m beyond grateful. & will forever use this clinic!

My dog was attacked by another dog, and needed help badly. VMH was understanding and helped not only my baby but me also. It was a traumatizing day. My baby is healing well and I am grateful for their help and support.

This was our second time visiting Veterinary Medical Hospital. Yesterday our cat needed an abscess drained and now that he is home I can tell he feels so much better. I love the ability to wait at home until it is close to your appointment time. Communication was clear and prices were fair. As a homeschooling parent, I also appreciated the activity books with crayons that were available in the waiting room. My kids also loved the poster in the examination room of different dog breeds and where they are from. We will be back!

I would have given no stars but that’s not an option. My dog got a very serious cut that went thru his hip muscle all the way to the bone. He was in bad shape and was not himself, as to be expected with such a wound. I brought him in about 1 pm. I would have came sooner but didn’t have help loading my dog into a vehicle. He’s rather large and I couldn’t do it on my own. I sat in the office til around 3 before being called back and bringing my pet inside from the car. It took nearly an hour before the doctor came in. He said it was too late the day to do anything that day, as after hours care would probably cost too much for me, and that he recommends going home and coming back the next day. If you're looking for an AMAZING doctor and staff, this is where you need to be! You will not find a more thorough, compassionate, empathetic, energetic, knowledgeable and affordable vet office!!! Everyone is amazing! We've been going here for a couple of years and have NEVER had a negative experience. We had a bit of a scare with our senior boy, called them, they scheduled us for x-rays immediately. They took such amazing care of him and worked swiftly to let us know what was going on and develop a treatment plan!! Their online check-in system is incredibly simple and convenient!! You can check in right from home and get text updates until it's your turn! Once your pet is up, they get you in and out!
