What an awesome experience! I'm new to the area and was looking for a doctor for my fur baby. Everyone was SO kind and helpful. The doctor explained everything and answered all my questions, the staff went over all pricing and I felt no pressure deciding what I wanted for my pet. When I checked out, I was asked if I had a good visit today. They truly are a gem, I will be recommending this vet to everyone I talk to.

Dr. did a fabulous job with my cat Maizie. What I really liked is that they will work you in when you need attention for your pet. Thank you for all your doing.

Every time I bring my dog to this vet I would ask on the phone before the appointment how much it would cost, but at the end of every appointment ended up paying more each time because of something else needing to be done last minute. Multiple office visits leading up to the surgery, always something else needing to be done before we could schedule. I was originally quoted 1000-1200 for a surgery, and once I got the money together to finally have said surgery was told to email my original quote as their computer deletes them. They told both me and my fiance that they would honor original pricing if I had it. I was quoted a new quote of 1500-1700 and was told pricing changed. I explained that previous antibiotics had helped but did not fully resolve the issue, possibly due to the short duration of treatment. At this visit, the veterinarian performed an exam, administered vaccinations, and took one chest X-ray. No antibiotics were prescribed. I was told my cat most likely had an airway polyp and that surgery was necessary. I was prescribed prednisone and charged just under $600, including a surgical deposit. Three days later, he underwent surgery. I was informed afterward that no polyps were found and that his larynx was severely inflamed. Viral swabs were taken.
