Dr Tapp and her entire staff have made such wonderful improvements in the lives of 2 of my dogs who suffered with allergies, while I tried OTC remedies, to no avail. Dr Tapp sifted patiently through all my info & input, tested my dogs and was able to formulate serums to help both dogs. She and her staff have been kind, supportive, and patient with us, no matter the challenge. SO happy with all team members!

The staff here are really great. You can tell they all care about and love what they do. Both the Doctor and tech were amazing with my cat, not to mention extremely knowledgeable and thorough. This place really impressed me and I feel at ease knowing my cat is in such good care. And shout out to Terri who got me in on the cancellation list! Easy 5 stars

I waited four months for my dog’s appointment, he was experiencing a severe flare-up at the time of scheduling. By the time he was finally seen, my dog’s skin had improved. I expected a thorough evaluation, including allergy testing, especially given the $270 consultation fee. However, no skin testing was offered, and I was charged an additional $70 for yeast testing on my dog’s ears and feet. In the end, I left without any clear answers regarding my dog’s allergies. The information provided was no different from what I had already researched or discussed with my regular veterinarian. We are so grateful for Dr. Tapp and Elizabeth! Our dog Ripley has food and environmental allergies, and Veterinary Healing Arts has helped our girl to feel so much better. Dr. Tapp explains everything in such an accessible way; she truly is the best around and worth any wait. And Elizabeth is so kind and wonderful. She took the time to demonstrate how to give the shots and made sure I felt comfortable carrying over the protocol at home. Everybody in the office treats your pet like royalty. What a wonderful practice! I brought my dog, Lt. Barclay, in due to an ongoing ear infection that would not go away. My initial appointment was scheduled several months out. However, delightful Terri got me on the waitlist and I received an appointment MUCH sooner. The staff here are so loving, caring, and professional, and made me feel like my pup was the most amazing, special, perfect good boy in the whole world (he is). Dr. Tapp completed a thorough exam of Barclay's ears, complete with yeast testing. She explained everything to me in a clear, understandable manner.
