I came here about 11pm on a Friday night with my cat who was constipated and hadn’t pooped for 3 days. The receptionists were very patient with all of my questions and anxious blabbering, even though they were very clearly busy with more critical patients (I could hear them running around in the back dealing with stuff). I am specifically leaving this comment for Marissa, who had been working hard all day and still had an amazing attitude that helped to ease my anxiety with the whole situation. She even came to check on me just to make sure I was okay in the room while my cat was being cared for. Brought my dog here on Christmas day. She was newly diagnosed with Addison’s Disease and was having an Addison’s crisis. She was seen right away and admitted for two days. Thank you to the staff for taking care of my sweet girl! We’re filled with immense gratitude! Only con in this experience: they never told me that they obtained and gave the Percorten injection. The admitting doc told me that they do not have it there and that was the last I heard about it. It wasn’t until I went to the follow up appointment with my vet the next day that we realized she had gotten it (them billing me for it was the “well she must’ve gotten it”… followed by calling and confirming lol) Price: I honestly would’ve paid anything to make sure she was ok so I don’t know if it was reasonably or not. My families sweet dog Bommie passed away here at the clinic and it was an extremely difficult and painful day. However the team here especially the nurse (I forgot her name but she had a pixieishhaircut blonde) was the most patient and supportive person for a really hard time. I wish I knew her name but thank you to her! She was amazing. They sent our fam a letter and the aftercare was beautiful. It was our first time we didn’t know what to do nor did we prepare for anything but they made the process not as stressful. Thank you

From coming from my primary vet to this place was night and day! My cat got pyrometra and needed emergency surgery which would have cost me 2200 at my vet but cassleberry understood my situation and knew how bad we needed this surgery that they only charged me a $500 deposit and the total was only 1138!! Thank you to everyone who took care of our SILKY. You guys showed us that how our vet acts and handled themselves is not ok and I will be looking for a new primary. Thank you again for saving her life but also for showing compassion and caring for her.

After a day to process what i’ve experienced and for my dog to be seen at his normal vet office and receiving ideal care. I don’t want to cause any misunderstanding or confusion.
