Love how friendly and caring they are towards our furbabies and our whole fam! So understanding and knowledgeable of different breeds and how to take care of them! Has helped me clear and manage the eye gunk from my poodle mix, and they also patiently and kindly attend my timid/skittish Shiba Inu who hates water. I wouldn’t trust my furbabies with anyone else!

Susan and her staff are awesome. My puppy has ears asymmetrical ears (one bigger than the other by more than an inch). They cut his hair so that noone has ever noticed We've been regulars for about 5 years now and I won't take my dog to anyone else.

PPLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! About 3-4 weeks ago, my uncle took his dog for a grooming at Pawzazz Pet Grooming and when he went to pick her up she was limping. He told me about it and we both went back to talk to the owner about it. She wasn't there so I spoke her assistant and left my phone number so she can call me. Until this day I'm still waiting for her call so we can talk about this situation. Poor door still limping. So unprofessional and irresponsible!!! We would never take her there ever again!!!!

I called to make an appointment and the staff was super informative. They educated me on the importance of positive experiences for a puppy's first groom. They were very personable and friendly. I took my puppy for his first groom and they set me up for realistic expectations. My puppy looked incredible when I picked him up. He was also very comfortable with the staff so I know they were kind and loving to him. I'm impressed and I feel very safe leaving my baby with them. He looks beautiful and had a very positive experience for his first cut. This is going to be our groomer from now on. Clean salon, educated staff, and transparency with prices. Love love love!!!
