Today I purchased two beautiful Bearded Dragons along with all the equipment, and the team went above and beyond with their guidance, orientation, and customer service. They make sure you understand exactly how to care for your pets and always treat customers with patience and professionalism. The Disney World for Reptiles 🐢🐠🦎 If my daughter’s turtle could write reviews, this place would have already gotten six stars and a thank-you card. Pet Bazaar in Casselberry is that good. We come here every three weeks to stock up on ghost shrimp, feeder fish, and enough live plants to make our turtle’s tank look like a scene from Finding Nemo. The selection? Absolutely elite. If it swims, slithers, or crawls, they’ve probably got it. The staff are basically animal whisperers with customer-service superpowers. Always friendly, always helpful, and somehow never judging me for asking 400 questions about turtle snacks. You can tell they actually care, which is rare these days. Prices? Totally reasonable. I love to go here, even just for visits! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. There’s a large selection of reptiles, amphibians and fish. Their animals are very healthy and well taken care of.

This place is great to come scope out any reptiles you may want to get. The have a wide selection of ball pythons, corn snakes, sand boas, hognose snakes as well as the crested geckos and leopard geckos. They keep bearded dragons, chameleons, turtles both marine and land and a ton of fishes and frogs. They also get into the tarantulas and jumping spiders. Super cool place to go even when you aren't thinking of buying a pet.

When you walk in..you can tell these folks really care about animals, and in general very knowledgeable which is great. However, when there is a group of you standing behind the counter, there is no reason to not greet every customer that walks in. This is still a business and customers value good service still. Otherwise, no other complaints. My daughter loves the store, but I am the one that pays for everything and I want to feel valued when I walk in. Just like every other customer should.
