I cannot say enough good things about this emergency vet and the people who work here. Three years ago, I brought my cat, Moonshine, in late at night with a life-threatening urinary blockage. He stayed for three nights, they helped me get set up with CareCredit on the spot, and they truly saved his life. Because of them, I got three more wonderful years with him. Two months ago, I had to come back under the worst circumstances. I came home from work to find Moonshine suddenly very sick. Just hours earlier he had been playing, eating, and acting completely normal. He was ultimately diagnosed with a saddle thrombus, and the only humane option was euthanasia. The entire team treated us with so much compassion and respect during one of the hardest nights of my life. They gave me as much time a

I cannot say enough good things about this hospital and the incredible team who took care of my cat Binx. We rushed him in when he was blocked, and they took him back urgently and acted immediately. It was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life, but from the moment we walked in, I knew he was in good hands. Dr. Amy Long and Dr. Roberts were amazing, knowledgeable, calm, compassionate, and thorough. They explained everything clearly during such an emotional time and moved quickly to stabilize him. They truly saved his life. The technicians Morgan, Abby, Lisa and everyone else involved in his care (I’m sorry I can’t remember every name — it was such an emotional blur) — were just as incredible. Binx is not the easiest patient to work with, but they handled him with patience, kindn

I want to sincerely thank the entire emergency vet team for helping my girlie. Every single staff member was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. During such a stressful time, their kindness and calm energy truly meant a lot to me. They took great care of my baby and did exactly what needed to be done. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they serve, not just the job itself. That kind of compassion makes all the difference. I also truly appreciate how affordable their services were. Other places were charging so much more, and I honestly didn’t know what I was going to do. Their pricing made it possible for me to get my girl the help she needed. I can’t thank this team enough for their care, professionalism, and welcoming spirit. I’m so grate

I recently came to this clinic with my dog Charlie. It was really nice that they took me right into a room and took him straight back, we did not have to wait at all. I spent 7 hours sitting in the individual room, each room has its own TV and mine was logged onto Netflix which is very convenient. Dr. Nichols and Nurse Baylee were amazing. The Doctor took his time and explained everything in detail and made sure I knew all my options. I felt like I spent an hour talking to Nurse Baylee. She was so kind and patient with me as I asked a million questions trying to come to terms with how this all happened to my poor puppy. She was very knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. Thank you both for being so supportive in such a hard time. You are rockstars! Then when I had to come back at 2:0

The staff were very kind and patient. I wasn’t fully aware of the questions to ask with euthanasia, as all my other pets passed naturally. If you want just your pet’s ashes, ask for private cremation, otherwise it will be collected from a mass cremation of animals. We were promised a hair clipping, which wasn’t included (I’ll make sure to clip my own in the future). I will use them again as needed, I just want others to be aware that you should ask any and all questions beforehand. It was ~$400 for a cat, which included the urn, paw print, and nose print.
