PawZazz Pet Grooming Salon

I want to start by saying that everyone I interacted with at the salon was kind and respectful. The shop looks clean and well maintained and the people that work there seem like dog loving people. However, upon checking in I gave a reference photo for what I wanted me dog to look like and when I picked her up, it was clear that she was shaved all around and was clearly NOT given a breed specific cut whatsoever. I assume the individual that groomed her forgot that I gave her a reference photo. I am extremely bummed because it’s likely going to take about 15-20 weeks for her hair to grow out enough to be given the schnauzer cut that I asked for. In total I paid $75+$15 tip, which would be perfect if I got the cut I asked for. I’m disappointed to have paid $90 for a truly awful haircut. Fo

The staff here is exceptional and loving! They know their clients and furry clientele. Always engaging and doing their best to care for customers! And they work hard and long with virtually no turnover, so it's family! Thank you all for years of service and generations!

I had good references about this place, the lady who took my appointment was nice and helpful. I had an appointment with my dog this morning at 7:00 I explained the lady I am moving f to another city so I wanted to take my dog before that. I came like 5 minutes before 7/00 itha 7:24 and the places still close. Nobody shown up. Great!! Thank you!

Visiting from NJ & was recommended to this groomer. They were fabulous! Was able to get an appointment quickly & was fortunate to have Lori as our groomer. Couldnt have asked for a more gentle, kind & caring groomer. She did a great job!

PawZazz met & exceeded my expectations for a grooming service for dogs. When I entered the establishment, the owner shared her experience w/me and gave me a short tour of the immaculate facility. The groomer cut my Havanese’s hair just as I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Following the appointment, I booked a future appointment. Glad I found the perfect spot for my pooch!
