i came in for a nail trim on my dog & the groomer cut into my dog’s quick. i get accidents happen but they didn’t inform us it happened nor did they patch it up. on top of this, there was a sort of deep scratch on my dog’s paw as well, which we also weren’t told about after the service. both of these wounds were bleeding for a bit afterwards. i think the groomer was nice and polite though on top of this, i have questions about the cleanliness of the place. it does not smell well at all, and i think i saw a small roach. edit after owner response: 1. uploaded photos. as you can see, my dogs paw was scratched and bleeding. i’m mostly concerned about the scratch 2. the claw that was cut was a dewclaw. it did not touch the concrete. 3. saying to cut the nail as short as possible does not mea

They trimmed my small dogs nails who is quite dramatic when it is being done. They were very gentle with him and brought him into my view when doing the last foot. He screamed when she merely touched his foot. LOL. They are great there!

Our pets really loved this place. These gals were so friendly and made sure the dogs haircut was exactly what we wanted. We will continue to take our fur babies here.

I acquired a 95 pound cream and white lab from my daughter. He’s 2.5 so he’s still a baby. He's a very big boy. Nobody else would take him to give him a simple bath! I dropped him off and he looks fabulous. He literally had to be coaxed out because he wanted to stay there! Looked at me like hey can you come back later please.. He smells good, looks great, and he is so clean! Thank you so much for your amazing love for animals of all kinds! You will be our regular from here forward!

Love this place. Coolest owner. Always fits in our boy somehow. Calls back. She has her own pets. Super caring, super hard working. Always go an extra mile to make my six year old smile when she picks up her puppy.
