I cannot say enough about how professional and caring veterinary dental services treated my Dallas and myself. Dr Bonnie Shop was so thorough and so caring to the needs of Dallas. She and her staff are phenomenal. I had concerns where Dallas was 9 yrs old and she was about to have a 3-4 hr surgery and under anesthesia for that time. Dr Shop explained the entire surgery and introduced me to all that assisted. Dallas had 9 teeth and a mass on her mouth removed. She did great through the surgery and her eyes are bright once again. My baby girl was in such good hands at this practice. They treat both our animals and us parents with such warmth and kindness. The staff explained everything very clearly and thoroughly, and I felt very safe trusting them with my dog. They kept me informed throughout the procedure, and were so helpful in describing what to expect and how to take care of her post-surgery. While of course I wish she didn’t need oral surgery, I couldn’t have asked for better care for my little nugget.

They have been nothing but AMAZING!!! My sweet little dog Charlie who is almost 13, had a "situation" with a much larger dog. Fractured jaw in 2 places and needed a few other dental adjustments.. I was so nervous and just overall heartbroken and they were so great about making sure I knew everything with a concise plan! They were very helpful and clear about what to expect .. and they didn't mind that I called several times while he was in surgery 🐶 He has another surgery in a few weeks but the worst is over! I have such appreciation for the whole staff and I truly can't thank them enough for the level of care they gave Charlie (and me)! ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Shope and technician specialist Jenn took amazing care of my dog Ted. Ted has several conditions that increase his anesthetic risk and is also very anxious at the vet. They came up with a plan that took all of his conditions and his temperament into account and they were so patient with him (and me as a nervous owner). It was truly a fear free experience and Ted did great. I can't thank them enough for their wonderful care.

Epitome of professional, compassionate care. The facility is well run and clean. The front desk staff, clinical staff, and DVMs run a tight ship. Everything was explained and the care plan was created with intention and purpose. I have not come across such a well run establishment is a long while. Very impressed - highly recommend! Communication was spot on and we never felt out of the loop. Best dental surgeons in the area!
