AWESOME! Brought in Ollie, my sweet one year old mini bernadoodle. He was pretty shaggy and it was time for a nice groom. The team here was so sweet, and never made me feel like Ollie was a burden (he isn’t a fan of getting his legs brushed). They made me feel like he was very loved and taken care of during his grooming! I went to scrub-a-dog before in Maynard, and found them to be rude and not make us feel welcomed - more like a burden to get over. I will now be a lifetime pink dog customer! Also the bandanas are so cute and whatever hair products they use smell so good! I need a candle for this scent! 😂 Thanks for taking awesome care of Ollie!

I don't believe they did much for my 60 lb lab. I reserved a space online for a deshedding and oatmeal bath which totaled 50 dollars. When I picked up my dog 3 hours later he still had tufts of hair all across his backside. When I complained the front desk worker was incredibly nice and tried to be helpful by offering to bring him back for more combing but I did not have the time. I went home and was able to collect quite a bit more fur after the 125 dollar "de shedding" I ended up paying for. Have had good experiences in the past. Not sure what happened today.

Nice groomer. My dog does not come back upset like he did from other groomers. They let the dogs play together so if your little friend is timid, I don't recommend this place for you. However, my pup didn't smell as nice as he usually does. Yes, it was clean, but not a super lovely smell either. Still, he was very handsome!

Zeus just went to PinkDog Grooming & Spa in boxborough for the first time today! Lili was SO welcoming! She did an amazing job with Zeus and we can’t wait to bring him back to his next grooming visit. The place was nice and clean and we loved how great the communication was between the groomer! Thank you Lili!

Nancy has been Casey’s groomer for many years, long before she opened her own business. Casey loves Nancy and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. He always looks and smells great when I pick him up!
