The owner, Dr Tim Foster was very cutting edge when he opened his practice, decades ago. That, combined with all his years of added experience puts him above almost all other practices. His associate, Dr Irene Papamitrou, is kind and gentle with our pets and has been at the practice for many years, so she is also quite experienced. The techs and front desk staff are also competent and experienced, so this longevity is great and means everyone at the entire practice really knows your pets and you. I find their practice is typically better than some practices when it comes to getting an appointment, or needing to talk to a vet to get medical information. I cannot recommend Shepherd Vet enough. Wonderful people that have such love and care for animals of all sizes! We have 2 older cats, a 3 year old lab, and a new lab puppy. Each appointment is thorough and informative. Dr. Foster and his team take great care of our family - we are grateful for everyone at Shepherd Vet!
