VCO has been critical to the success of two rescues that I volunteer for. Via their low cost spay and neuter clinics, they make our rescue to adopt model possible since we don’t adopt out until cats are spayed or neutered. I cannot say enough good things about the place, and the people there are very nice. Also Berryville is a nice place to spend the day if you’re driving a distance to get there and are waiting for the surgeries to be done.
I get a reply from what it said is the owner and he gave me an apology and wanted me to call a number he provided me and I was to ask for Justin ,it was a Ai person needless to say I never spoke to Justin and my issue is on going .DO NOT USE ARS OF MANASSAS
