Battletown Animal Clinic

I cannot rave about Battletown Animal Clinic enough!! My chocolate lab gave me the biggest scare of my life. I called Battletown Animal Clinic that morning & their reply was “How soon can you get him here?” They asked that I drop him off since they were going to work on him between patients. Dr. Rockwell & Hannah kept me updated on how he was doing, the cost of everything (which is & isn’t important, ya know), & made sure I understand what was going on. They are the most compassionate, understanding, patient, & caring people, I swear! I truly cannot recommend Dr. Rockwell, Hannah, & the entirety of Battletown Animal Clinic enough!

My puppy has had two visits so far, & both have been exceptional! Every member of the staff is incredibly kind & welcoming from the moment we arrive. Hannah is always so sweet with my little girl, & Dr. Rachael is warm, thorough, & takes the time to explain everything in detail. I’m so happy to have found such a caring & attentive team to look after my pup!

Visiting my son from out of state with my Shih Tzu. She’s been treated for 3 months for a severe yeast infection on her skin. Went through multiple rounds of anti fungal medication and steroids. Took her to Dr.Sara Lewis. She took a completely different approach. Cytopoint, antibiotics. She is 100% better! I wish I could take Dr. Lewis home with me!

Came in with a very sick cat that had wondered into my yard. She was blind. Asked them to scan her for a microchip and possibly perform a humane Euth. Kitty was skin and bones and very weak. After some discussion (in the back) the receptionist came out and said. "sorry, we're full with appointments, and we just don't have time". I have NEVER seen such uncaring people in my life. Ended up taking the poor kitty to another vet office where they made time to help end her suffering. And it was national cat day! Battletown you should be ashamed.

They were super friendly and kind and very gentle with our old man ! Highly recommend. Not terribly pricey compared to other vets in the area and handled our very anxious golden with so much love and care. Loved it here !
