Hi my name is Kimberly Ann Cochran my fur babies name is Lily May May. She was very sick and in the middle of the night I had to call my niece and her husband and have them to help me find an emergency veterinarian my niece told me about y'all and I called and the receptionist was very very helpful I told her I problem she said why don't you start this way. When we arrived she greeted us at the door she immediately took Lily May May back to the back to get checked out as I signed in and she listen to what the problem was I was having with her. No one wants to hear their dog has cancer but we did and I am so grateful to the staff of VCSG for giving us extra time with Vinny. Dr. Strasberg and his staff were the best. The love and care they showed Vinny was impeccable and so appreciated. Thank you all!!

We brought our fur puppy Nova in a week ago for excessive vomiting over 3 days. The receptionist and vet techs were so kind to us and to Nova. She is a shy girl, and worked with us to make her comfortable and less nervous. They communicated with us regularly about her condition and reassured us that she was doing well. The doctor was extremely thorough—he took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us multiple treatment options, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was his honesty and compassion. Instead of pushing for expensive tests right away, he told us it would be perfectly okay to follow up with our local vet, where it would be more affordable, and that our pet was stable enough to wait. No pet parent wants to end up in an ER vet, obviously. I walked into VCSG not knowing if my dog would make it through the night. I spent hours in the lobby waiting and hoping and felt supported and cared for by the staff. The vet, surgeon, and receptionists were amazing. Emily and Amy sat with me in my fear and anxiety and were kind and compassionate. I felt like both Harry and I were being advocated for and it made all the difference. My buddy is alive and will come home soon. I am thankful for VCSG.

This place has a great staff and they genuinely care for our animals. Its a little on the costly side but is a 24hr emergency vet and medical care is never cheap anyways. They have had my timber for a couple days and his health is coming back, when i brought him in it didnt look good by no means. He would not have made it 2 more days if I hadn't came in. They will go thru lengths to help your animals. They offer credit loan info for those who need financial assistance with the medical bill. In an emergency I would trust this staff with the life of my pets.
