I have been using EBAH for around 15 years...they are fantastic 👌 I really like the vets; Dr. Ligon, Dr. Carter and Dr. Jacobs...they have all been great! My FAVORITE 😍 person there is definitely Carla! She has been so helpful to me so many times, when I'm there or when I call...she's helpful and reassuring and always listens ❤️ 💙 💜...there's another vet tech that's Wonderful but I don't know her name....anyway, they take great care of Chewy Gonzalez and my cats and before that , the amazing Brittany Sparkle and Mr. Pooh 🍯....5 STAR 🌟 🤩

Dr. Revelle has been so amazing! I’m a new pet parent and her and her assistant Knox answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was crazy haha. Everyone here is so nice and I recommend it to anyone with a pet baby!

EBAH has been out vets since we moved to Chattanooga almost 30 years ago. They are the best. I will add that the vet tech Sarah S. particularly shone today. She was able to expertly calm our very anxious and sick dog in the gentlest of ways. All the staff is wonderful from the time you enter till you walk out the door. Always looking to improve their client experience.

I lost my heart cat today under anesthesia. The doctor and techs cried with me while they walked me through what happened (nothing they did. Sometimes this happens). I worked at EBAH when he came in as a stray (I took him home when no one claimed him) and I was able to keep coming here for his care until the end. An earlier end than expected, but he was treated with love and care from start to finish. Let's face it, the vet wasn't his favorite place to go, but he was always treated well and given all the chin scratches he meowed for. Thank you team for loving my boy with me. I know he was cared for in his final moments and that's all I can ask for. Thank you. Words cannot describe what your kindness and support meant to me today.
