Dr. Abbo and his team are amazing. They each care deeply about your beloved companion and treat them with love and gentle kindness. Our Bella received nothing but the best from the team. It was a shock to hear that Bella had cancer, but we were relieved to know it was one that, with treatment, could go into remission. Bella was such a trooper, getting her treatments for 5 months, and then was cancer-free! Sadly, we lost Bella to CHF, but we got another year with her because Dr. Abbo and his team gave Bella another chance! Thank you so much for everything - Bella got a lot more adventures and sniffs because of the care you gave!

Dr Abbo and his staff are truly amazing. Dr Abbo's approach with pet parents is calming. I have truly never experienced such a great doctor and staff. The whole process of chemotherapy last year for my dog, Tug, was so much more pleasant and positive than I expected. Tug had no side effects from his treatments and has continued his active (and spoiled!) lifestyle. Our family is so thankful to Dr. Abbo and his great staff!

We have been going to VCS since August of 2023 after our pup Bo was diagnosed with lymphoma. I was so frustrated with the waitlists that most oncologists had that I decided to explore options even further from us (we live in Salem, MA) and that is when I came across VCS. They had no waitlist and at that point I would have done anything to get Bo help! We made the 2 hour drive down to Buzzards Bay and haven’t stopped since. After meeting the techs and Dr. Abbo, it was a no brainer that I would continue to get Bo care at VCS even if it was a 4-5 hour round trip drive. You are always the only patient in the office at your appt time which allows for a very comfortable space not only for your animal but also you as you embark on a journey that can be very emotional!
